York State Unified Court System - ADR Office
The Office of Alternative Dispute Resolution and Court Improvement Programs (ADRCIP) oversees Court-Connected ADR
Programs. The Office of ADRCIP also oversees the Child Welfare Court Improvement Project, the Court Appointed Special Advocates Assistance Program and the Children's Centers Program.
ADRCIP is housed within the Division of Professional and Court Services in the New York State Unified Court System Office of Court Administration.

New York State Dispute Resolution Association, Inc. (NYSDRA) is a
private not-for-profit professional membership organization

The National
