Biographical

 

Domestic and international commercial, technology, corporate, construction and real estate arbitrator and mediator in more than 350 cases since 1988, serving as sole arbitrator, panelist and panel chair in large and complex disputes under various administrative rules.  Member of numerous arbitration panels worldwide including AAA, ICDR, SVAMC Tech List, CPR and others. Disputes have included claims in excess of $50 million involving shareholder and other investment disputes, family business disputes, securities, IT and business process outsourcing, software and technology licensing, real estate, telecommunications, real estate valuation, insurance coverage, shareholder disputes and construction. Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent rated attorney with more than forty years of experience as a commercial litigator, corporate, commercial, transactional IT, IP, real estate and trusts and estates attorney. Rates Information

$725 per hour however will consider reduction on smaller cases.
