Biographical Notes:

David M. Brodsky, the principal of Brodsky ADR LLC, is a mediator and arbitrator who is regularly retained by private firms to mediate or arbitrate complex public and private disputes, including those concerning alleged violations of the False Claims Act in connection with Medicare and Medicaid reimbursements; insurance coverage disputes; breaches of fiduciary duty by officers and directors of public companies; violations of Federal Securities Laws and state Corporate Governance standards; violations of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and auditor negligence; breaches of contracts and software licenses, enforceability of foreign arbitration awards, bankruptcy law violations,  compensation disputes, and other commercial or financial controversies.

David also has over 40 years of experience as a highly-regarded trial lawyer for plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of complex litigation, as well as a federal prosecutor and general counsel for an investment bank. He has published and spoken on a wide range of subjects.
