PROFESSIONAL INFORMATION

Biographical Notes:

As the "Resolution Pro" and formerly the managing partner of Mattar, D’Agostino & Gottlieb, LLP, Krista Gottlieb has long recognized that the cost and time expenditure associated with litigation does not always serve the client’s best interests, nor does it meet their needs and preferences. In her newly established ADR Center and Law office, as either a litigator when needed and as a neutral mediator or arbitrator Ms. Gottlieb constantly seeks new and creative ways to help parties resolve issues, problems and litigation quickly, efficiently and cost effectively. Appropriate Dispute Resolution (“ADR”), including mediation, arbitration, early case evaluation mechanisms and mini-trials, are some of the ways to accomplish that goal.

Krista Gottlieb capitalizes on her successful civil litigator practice to enhance the mediation/arbitration services she can provide.  She is an experienced and active ADR neutral, lecturer and trainer (mostly mediation and arbitration) in business, corporate, commercial and employment matters.

In addition to being a dedicated “issue resolver,” Ms. Gottlieb has over 200 hours of formal ADR training and has served as an ADR trainer for lawyers and judges wishing to become mediators and arbitrators.
