Biographical

Commercial and technology law arbitrator in more than 250 cases since 1988, serving as sole arbitrator, panelist and panel chair in domestic and international commercial, large and complex and technology cases under various administrative rules.  Disputes have included claims in excess of $50 million involving shareholder and other investment disputes, family business disputes, securities, IT and business process outsourcing, software and technology licensing, real estate, telecommunications, real estate valuation, insurance coverage, shareholder disputes and construction.  Published author, speaker and educator in the field of ADR, serves as a Trial Referee for the Superior Court of the State of Connecticut and served as a Superior Court Magistrate from 2004-2018. Rates Information

$3000 per hearing day, $500 per hour for study time. No charge for travel time. Accommodation is made for small cases.
